Outline of the week
The day of arrival
On the day of arrival, the Old Stable is ready to welcome you from 4 p.m.

By train: National Rail Enquiries
Nearest mainline stations: Sevenoaks or Tonbridge (both approx. 6 miles). Edenbridge and Penshurst are also nearby.
By air: London Gatwick is the nearest airport (approx. 22 miles / 45 minutes by car)
Ample car and coach parking on site.
You can move into your room after a short personal conversation in which we settle all formalities and discuss the health questionnaire
The 5 following days
You start the new day however you want! And: You can sleep in!
In the morning, various herbal teas are ready for you, as well as fruit juice (organic apple) and mineral water for your personal drink mix, which you can take with you on our hike.
At 9:15 am I offer you a 30-minute self-care abdominal massage. The circulation and thus the function of the organs are stimulated and the energy can flow freely again in the body.
Then I offer a 30-minute guided meditation. These meditations are more like mini-therapies that can have an effect on us throughout the day.
Then we set off on our daily hike (approx. 10 km).
After our return and until the evening round with vegetable broth at ~ 6.30 p.m. you have the opportunity to do something good for yourself with massages or energy treatments thus effectively support the fasting process. You can also book an appointment with me during this time. Or, you might just want to rest on your bed with a liver wrap.
In the evening we meet again to take the vegetable broth together and exchange our experiences of the day. On three evenings I will present you a topic that I think is suitable for the group.
The official part of the day ends at 8.15 p.m., and I'll leave you to your favorite activities. I reserve the right to change the originally planned program at short notice in order to improve it, if this makes sense for the daily routine and the group.
The day of departure
At 9 am we meet for a last herbal tea and a final chat. Then we do one last hike in the area. At the end of the morning the big moment has come: Breaking the fast with "your" apple. And don't forget: formulate a wish for the future! At 1 p.m. it's time to say goodbye. And you might say: "See you next year!"
