This interactive workshop is a sacred space for women to unwind, unravel, share their stories & wisdom, be creative and nourish themselves.
At Nurture Your Wise Womb'an you will learn tools that will:
Improve your relationships with yourself and those around you.
Help you to know when to go for it and when to ease up!
We will be sharing some self-care practices for menstrual health with you, that can be woven into your daily life with the minimum of fuss.

Your monthly cycle has four unique phases, and each one brings about different physical and emotional strengths in you. You will learn how to work with your cycle to get the most out of each season.
Learn self-care massage
We will show you a simple abdominal massage, which you can perform at home to keep the muscles and ligaments in a healthy position and nurture your immune and digestive system as well as your womb.
Natural health for hormones
We will talk about some basic things you can do to boost your body’s ability to create and balance hormones.
Visualisation for healing
Your mind is a powerful thing. When you fill it with positive thoughts, your life will start to change.
We will show you some gentle poses, which will support your natural rhythm at any stage during your cycle.
