"Know Your Cycle - Know Yourself" is a workshop that focuses on menstrual cycle awareness and is designed specifically for massage therapists. This workshop aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the menstrual cycle and its impact on a person's physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

At 'Know your cycle - Know yourself' you will learn tools that will:
Improve your relationships with yourself and those around you.
Help you know when to go for it and when to ease up!

You learn everything essential for a healthy work life balance.

Here is what we will cover:

Understanding the Menstrual Cycle
Your learn to understand the different phases (menstruation, follicular, ovulation, luteal), hormone fluctuations, and the typical duration of each phase and how hormonal changes throughout the menstrual cycle can affect a person's mood, energy levels, and physical sensations.

Menstrual Seasons
Your monthly cycle has four unique phases, and each one brings about different physical and emotional strengths in you. You will learn how to work with your cycle to get the most out of each season and how to use MCA in your every day life to make your work life easier.

Physical and Emotional Changes
We will explore the physical and emotional changes that individuals may experience during different phases of their menstrual cycle. This can include symptoms such as menstrual cramps, breast tenderness, mood swings, and fatigue.

Natural health for hormones
We will talk about some basic things you can do to boost your body’s ability to balance hormones.

Menstrual Health and Wellness
You gain an understanding of menstrual health as a key component of overall well-being and you learn how to support clients in maintaining a healthy menstrual cycle.

Womb Yoga
I will show you some gentle movements, which will support your natural rhythm at any stage during your cycle.

Diane Przybilla is a passionate advocate for women’s health through all her offerings. She brings a depth of experience as a menstrual awareness cycle coach, yoga teacher, fasting guide, fertility and lomi lomi massage therapist/teacher, and energy worker.
